Our philosophy
ECOPOON IS...
contribute to a more sustainable world, quite simply!
Every day, millions of pieces of cutlery are simply thrown away after use. To put an end to this polluting and pointless waste, Ecopoon has developed the concept of a cutlery that is both edible and deliciously crunchy.
Ecology and pleasure are not mutually exclusive!
In developing our product range, we wanted to go further than simply replacing plastic or wood with a solid, compostable alternative. Taste and pleasure of use have always been at the heart of our concerns. Ecopoon’s unique recipes allow you not only to do your bit for the planet, but also to enjoy your gourmet moment in an original way!
Local roots
In addition to the ecological aspect of our cutlery range, we do our utmost to develop our project in a coherent way. Ecopoon is, among other things, local supply in short circuits. Materials from sustainable agriculture are transported directly to our nearby production lines.
And once produced, our cutlery won’t go around the world before it reaches your hands! Ecopoon will never be a mega factory that delivers all over the world, but rather a network of local and energy-efficient production units.
The route
Since the first baking trials in a garage in 2017, Ecopoon has already come a long way ! Our unique patented manufacturing process guarantees optimum product quality and durability, and we’re already delivering over 80,000 pieces of cutlery a day to our ever-growing number of customers.
The team
The two founders, Cyril & Maxime, were joined in succession by Frédéric, Axel, Arthur, Quentin, Laurent, Thibaut and Elina. And the team continues to grow. Average age: 25! Talent: undeniable! Motivation: maximum!
